Rockstar Games just gave fans their biggest look yet at Grand Theft Auto VI, releasing a nearly 27-minute extended preview packed with new footage from Vice City and the surrounding state of Leonida.
The new video puts the spotlight on protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, offering a much deeper look at their relationship, the criminal world surrounding them and the massive environment players will be able to explore. Rockstar also shows off everything from police chases and shootouts to racing, boats, basketball and scuba diving.
More than anything, the footage shows just how ambitious GTA VI is shaping up to be. Vice City looks denser and more alive than ever, with Rockstar leaning heavily into the cinematic storytelling and ridiculous level of environmental detail the studio has become known for.
With GTA VI launching November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the countdown to arguably the most anticipated game release ever is officially entering its final stretch.
